Esther Chen

Master's Student

Esther Chen is a master’s student in the Department of Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics at the University of Michigan. She received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a minor in Data Science from Coe College. Her research experience includes mathematical modeling, spatial transcriptomics, and cancer-related RNA-seq analysis, and her research interests include machine learning, disease diagnosis, cancer research, and clinical decision-making. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
